Returns - We accept returns on non-personalised, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receipt and return the item within 28 days.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds - Once your return is received and approved:

• We will issue a refund to your original payment method
• Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Faulty Items - If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
