At The Custom Touch, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
We accept returns on non-personalised, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

You must contact us within 14 days of receipt and return the item within 28 days.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:

We will issue a refund to your original payment method

Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
